This device converts thermocouple signals at the input side into isolated DC signals including 0/4-20 mA, 0/1-5 V and 0/2-10 V at the output. The measuring range and output signal type can be configured via DIP switches. It supports Type K and Type J thermocouple inputs, and the rated supply voltage is 24 V DC.
BM800-RPSI/I-11 Signal Isolator
The BM800-RPSI/I-11 is a 6.2 mm thick signal isolator mountable on DIN 35 mm rails. It adopts a 1-in-1-out channel configuration with galvanic isolation among the input, output and power supply terminals. It isolates and transmits 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA current signals from the input to the output. The input side is compatible with 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire transmitters, and the device operates on a 24 V DC power supply.
ALP220-EF Earth Fault Relay
ALP220-EF Earth Fault Relay is designed for low-voltage applications (up to 380 V) where it is necessary to monitor the system's ground current and provide protection when the ground current exceeds the permissible limit. This relay features an LCD display, Modbus-RTU communication capability, system current measurement, three-phase current overcurrent protection, ground current overcurrent protection, residual current measurement, residual current overcurrent protection, fault logging, and event logging functions.
Acrel ALP500 Low voltage protection measurement and control device
ALP500 low-voltage protection measurement and control device is suitable for low-voltage power distribution circuit with rated voltage to AC660V , integrating power monitoring, feeder protection, opening and closing control, communication networking, node temperature measurement, operation and maintenance management and other functions. It has various protection functions such as inverse time overcurrent, three-stage overcurrent, overpower, zero sequence overcurrent, undervoltage, overvoltage, unbalance (voltage, current), neutral line overcurrent, and leakage current. Different communication modules can be selected to meet the needs of on-site communication. The product adopts embedded installation and consists of a main body, a transformer and optional functional modules.
Acrel ATC600-PD Wireless Partial Discharge Transceiver
The ATC600-PD is a wireless partial discharge (PD) receiver designed for Acrel's online insulation monitoring system. It collects data from APD300-W and APD300-WP wireless PD sensors and transmits it to SCADA or monitoring platforms via RS485 Modbus-RTU, enabling real-time condition monitoring of 3–35kV medium-voltage switchgear, ring main units (RMUs), and distribution cabinets. Operating in the 470–510MHz wireless frequency band, the ATC600-PD provides stable and reliable communication with multiple wireless sensors while reducing installation costs by eliminating complex communication wiring. One receiver supports up to 40 wireless PD sensors and 240 wireless temperature sensors, making it suitable for integrated equipment health monitoring. It also features two relay alarm outputs for timely fault notification and preventive maintenance. With 35mm DIN rail installation, wide power supply options (AC/DC 100–265V or DC 12–48V), low power consumption, and industrial-grade reliability, the ATC600-PD is an ideal communication gateway for intelligent partial discharge monitoring systems, helping improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and prevent unexpected power failures.
Acrel APD300-WP Wireless Partial Discharge Sensor
The APD300-WP is a wireless 3-in-1 partial discharge sensor designed for continuous online condition monitoring of medium-voltage switchgear. It detects partial discharge signals using Acoustic Emission (AE), Transient Earth Voltage (TEV), and Ultra High Frequency (UHF) technologies, enabling early identification of insulation defects and helping prevent insulation deterioration and unexpected equipment failures. It also measures ambient temperature, humidity, and noise to provide comprehensive operating data for equipment condition assessment. The APD300-WP is powered by DC 12–36V and transmits monitoring data via LoRa wireless communication to the ATC600-PD wireless receiver, which then forwards data to the monitoring system through RS485. The sensor adopts a strong magnetic mounting design for installation on the inner wall of the switchgear cable compartment, allowing fast and reliable deployment. With continuous online monitoring and real-time data transmission, the APD300-WP provides effective insulation status evaluation and early fault warning, improving the safety and reliability of power distribution systems. It is suitable for metal-enclosed switchgear, ring main units, and other medium-voltage electrical equipment in power utilities and industrial facilities.
